Running an Internship Program

Running an internship program was not something I thought I would do; however, it has been one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

I do every step from onboarding to offboarding while making sure our interns are getting hands-on marketing experience.

Our interns get to

• Write online content

• Learn SEO and Readability

• Create Press Releases

• Create Media Lists

• Create Social Media Posts

• Write Blogs

• Present an end-of-semester presentation to directors

My responsibilities with the interns are

• Attend college career fairs

• Interviewing

• Onboarding

• Training

• Weekly Meetings

• Assign all Tasks

• Review all Tasks

• Work with Colleges

• Offboarding
